Feb 25, 2025 In this video, Rep. Doug LaMalfa doesn’t just support Israel’s military actions in Gaza—he doubles down with all the confidence of someone who missed the memo on empathy. He waves away accusations of genocide like they’re just pesky flies, insisting they’re “not true.” Meanwhile, the United Nations has stepped in, suggesting that what’s happening over there is quite literally a textbook case of genocide. But who cares about a little international condemnation when you're sending billions in military aid, right? LaMalfa’s unshakeable commitment to backing Israel’s actions has earned him some serious side-eye from constituents and human rights activists alike. It’s almost like he thinks turning a blind eye to the consequences is a valid policy position. His alignment with policies that some argue pave the way for atrocities is not just controversial—it’s downright reckless.
Any politician who can just look the other way while genocide unfolds in Gaza, all while arming the oppressors, is complicit. It's time to sweep them out of office—no second chances for those who prioritize politics over human lives!
Jan 30, 2025 Rep. Doug LaMalfa has been a vocal supporter of the Fix Our Forests Act, legislation aimed at rolling back certain federal protections on national forests under the premise of wildfire prevention and “forest management.” While the bill is framed as a solution to mitigate fire risk by allowing more logging and timber harvesting, critics argue that it dangerously prioritizes commercial interests over ecological stability and public safety. Read more about LaMalfa and Fix Our Forests Act here.
Jan 8, 2021 LaMalfa addresses the events surrounding the certification of the 2020 presidential election and discusses his decision to object to the certification of electoral votes from two states, citing irregularities.... THERE WERE NONE AND NO EVIDENCE. THIS INTERVIEW, OF COURSE, WAS 2 DAYS AFTER THE INSURRECTION.
Sep 15, 2023 This video aligns with LaMalfa’s long-standing narrative: that California’s leadership is out of touch, mismanaging funds, favoring urban elites, making lofty promises, and neglecting rural and interior communities. The disrespect emerges not just in the content, but in the rhetorical swagger — the idea that he is publicly correcting or exposing what he sees as state failures.
The reality is he is just trying to promote Trump's authoritarian agenda.
Apr 14, 2021 This video is crazy! LaMalfa is calling Harris "Czar Kamala" for going to Guatemala. What LaMalfa conveniently DID NOT MENTION in this whining session is this: Through the "Central America Forward" initiative, which Vice President Kamala Harris spearheaded, she secured more than $5.2 billion in private-sector commitments to address THE ROOT CAUSES of illegal migration from El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras. This public-private partnership was created to address economic opportunity IN THEIR HOME COUNTRY to improve living conditions in the region. If living and economic conditions improve in their own country, there is no need to immigrate to the USA illegally. LaMalfa lies and cherry picks what he says to try to substantiate the Republicans' fake narrative.
Apr 5, 2024 LaMalfa called California’s $20/hr minimum wage for fast food workers “elitist” — which shows how disconnected he is from reality. According to the MIT Living Wage Calculator, a single adult in California needs over $25/hr just to meet basic needs, and a parent with one child needs over $40/hr. The Transparency Foundation reports that California families face a $28,000 yearly cost-of-living penalty compared to the national average. Even CalMatters (2024) notes that the state’s minimum wage doesn’t keep up with rent, gas, or groceries. For a multimillionaire like LaMalfa to call struggling workers “elitist” for earning barely enough to survive shows how deeply out of touch he is with the people he’s supposed to represent. LaMalfa is the one wo is disconnected from the reality of working Californians.
Sep 21, 2022 LaMalfa criticizes the Biden administration's environmental policies, particularly the Interior Department's conservation rules, labeling them a "disaster for rural economies." But let's be real—he's really looking out for himself and his donors. He conveniently ignores the fact that these rules could threaten his rice farm by limiting water use and forcing costly environmental safeguards. Additionally, they may require him to set aside part of his land for conservation. These changes would hit hard... to his wallet. It's almost impressive how LaMalfa can overlook science and ecology like they're just inconveniences. It's all about him and his money, even if it means leaving a less livable planet for the next generation. FAILED LEADERSHIP!
Mar 7, 2019 This video is from SIX YEARS AGO, and it's like Doug LaMalfa has been stuck in a time warp! He has NEVER had the best interests of California at heart when it comes to the High Speed Rail Project. It's all about his elite donors and his personal farming agenda. Honestly, when will he realize that progress benefits everyone, not just his pockets? If you want to know more about how this whole saga impacts him, click here. He may think he can keep his personal agenda hidden, but we know the truth.

In this eye-opening video, we see LaMalfa sitting in front of the State of Jefferson Flag, touting his support for the One Big Beautiful bill. But hold on a second! When pressed about the reality of his vote, he conveniently sidesteps the devastating impact it will have on his own constituents. Newsflash: people will be losing their healthcare and SNAP benefits, and that’s not just a small hiccup—it’s a disaster adding trillions to the deficit!
Take a look at hospitals like Fairchild Medical Center in Yreka and Glenn Medical Center in Willows that might be hit hard by this. California is staring down the barrel of a potential $128 billion loss in federal Medicaid funding over the next decade, putting Medi-Cal services for low-income residents in serious jeopardy. And don’t forget the 735,000 low-income Californians, including those in LaMalfa’s district, who could see their SNAP benefits slashed. These reckless measures threaten the health and well-being of folks right in his backyard.
Let’s talk numbers: this bill is projected to blow the federal deficit up by a staggering $3.4 trillion over the next decade. That’s not just a drop in the bucket—it includes a $3.4 trillion increase in the primary deficit and an extra $718 billion in net interest costs. But, sure, Doug, let’s keep chatting about the trees while your constituents struggle! Where are the priorities?
